It’s been four months since my last blog post. Four Months. That’s crazy. Now it’s time to fix that.
It’s not that I’ve had nothing to write about — I just haven’t written. I have been dealing with some personal issues. I have anxiety problems that have been troubling me a lot over the past few months. I’ve been stressed, upset, and frustrated for no real reason.
Now I’m back. I’m working on it. Back into working out, doing yoga regularly, getting into a routine, and just working on my happiness.
I’ve recently taken a trip to the Philippines, and I’ll share a bit more about that trip soon. I just wanted to share a quick post to say I’m doing OK, and I’m ready to get back to writing about my adventures!
